    Hey guys,

    Probably a silly question but here goes.

    If SDL reject hanglong TO offer, whould that then show the market and general public that they think the companies is worth far more than that, and make the share price power higher? or would it take a further offer to do that..

    Obviously this is not including if they JV partner is announced. Just trying to find out if a rejection to a T/O = share price increase.
