though i do not own any shares of SDL, i had been monitoring the trading [i.e. short selling] activity of SDL since the CEO's Ken Talbot untimely passing.
I agree with you on your analysis. This firm is worth much more on its in-situ resources alone. These are major deposits with high head grades of Fe and open at strike and length in all directions. The vultures are circling and had been flying overhead since Jan.
Shareholders should reject this nonsensical offer...what a joke. Personally, i would take nothing less than 70cps at their current place in the discovery-delineation-feasibility cycle.
Expect a higher bid from Hanlong soon....good luck my friends.
