You may well be right but LYC's management skill levels might be a tad superior to GTR's even if what is in the ground turns out to be really brilliant.
ARV took a hit when the last major lot of results came out in Nov.The market might have been expecting more.
Takes a long time (compared to other mining operations) to get REEs to production stage, which may hamper a GTR stellar rise.
