How many shares does the Board and the Executives control ?

That, to me would determine how many more shares STO would need to get on the market to gain that 50% plus one share to gain full control of the Company and the Board.

I know full well that STO cannot buy on market while the proposal in on the table especially since it is not an aggressive T/O. But there are Instos out there that specialize in this sort of things that will accumulate then hand the shares over to STO at the end, for a profit of course. Especially when they are buying at these current prices.

If anyone would have taken full notice of the course of trades today, they would know what I mean.
