Sydney middle where I am is holding reasonably well at the moment, but I know someone trying to sell on the central coast who she said it is a nightmare - kept bringing down the price and wished she had accepted earlier offer which she has no chance of achieving now.

As to Gold Coast, top end is down 50%. Absolute bloodbath there along with much tourism related property. This is now putting pressure on middle and lower markets which are very soft.
