    I have read this morning that the fact that the board intend to talk to hanlong about the "conditions" of the T/O may indicate that SDL will sell out rather than travel the J/V road.Why didnt they just reject the offer outright and show hanlong the contempt that hanlong is showing SDL with such a lowball offer.
