miksaw, GJ said in no uncertain terms that the offer in it's current form was unacceptable. Did you read the announcement?
As was mentioned also, Hanlong is our largest holder so GJ is probably trying to keep things vaguely civil.
How do you know SDL are holding the aces? Only the board and the Chinese know how well partner talks are progressing and whether the Chinese are acting in concert or not.
