    Boris, it's all about leverage.

    A small share price increase in ESG makes for a larger % than SANTOS.

    The SANTOS share price is linked to its yield at about 3%, a reserves upgrade will hardly make a material impact.

    We invested in ESG to take advantage of leverage as a sacrifice to yield. This deal is a loss for long term ESG holders as it stands.
