what leads me to believe an offer could easily be made is that all these opportunistic bids keep popping up now that the market is so low,

look at MCC and SDL, the offers they got were at very high premiums but they were made at a time when the stock price was very depressed,

I know if i was going to make an offer for IOH (whether or not it would be accepted) I would put it out while the price was sitting so low...
