vfrioni thanks for bringing this to my notice, got a few in low 20's. One of those horrible skinny issues that if you get it right you can do really well.
Thanks to others for adding a bit more, high level of debt and tight ownership also raised a few questions, but patience and vigilence may pay off. A few small buyers coming in each day pushing price up.
