...it might be nice if PC put out a market update Press Release with the official Biota budgets of Relenza sales for US Stockpiling over the next 2 years.
I'm sure PC knows how much Relenza has been sold to the US for stockpiling over the last 6 years or so.
I'm sure he knows approximately how much Tamiflu is due to expire out of the US stockpiles over the next 1-3 years.
I'm sure PC knows that the US mandate for minimum stockpiling is enough for 25% of the population size.
PC would definitely be armed with enough info to be able to provide, at worst, some conservative estimates based on a 15:85 stockpile, with a disclaimer that this does not take into consideration the likelihood of improvement of Relenza:Tamiflu stockpile ratios.
If I were Biota's PR agency, I'd be demanding this Relenza Market Update Press Release concept.
We hear the excuse from management that Biota is misunderstood - how about providing some fodder of knowledge to the market. The only way to get the SP moving is to ignite some interest based on fundamentals!
