SDL have been in talks with other parties for 4 years now...if SDL are so advanced in their discussions they would dismiss the Hanlong offer outright and state that they are in advanced discussions which are likely to result a better outcome for SDL shareholders...fact is, their discussions are either not advanced at all or the offers they are getting are actually inferior to Hanlong's $0.50c offer.
