You can always reference some quarterly reports if you want to back up the ludicrous $500k figure. I'm pretty sure the lowest ever was .886m last quarter after commissioning related delays and payment delays caused by Alcoa moving to 90 day terms.
Name the expensive delays and why they will end up ripping $1.5 to $2.5m out of the kitty. What a load of rubbish, if anything delayed progress would mean delayed expenses.
My estimate is closer to $7.6m as you stated before your inclusion of a fictionally low income and fictional expenses. $1m income is probably on the low side
