I am kind of surprised by this about-turn on the consolidation. I was really hoping it would take place soon so all the magic men and women flipping the shares for 0.1c gains here and there would take a rest.
Also what happens to the repricing shares to be issued to Socius if price drops to 3.4c? By dragging forward the consolidation date, the window of time over which the trigger event can occur (i.e. price hitting 3.4c or 34c post-consol) is expanded so more chances of it happening. Surely that cannot be the case? Socius should cop any short term dips in the share price just like us.
Can anyone correct my line of thinking?
The only significant pending transactions I know of are settlement of the BEE partner change and Penumbra finance.
