re: "impulse wave made up of characteristic three minor waves"
I was trying to keep it simple and brief but better try to clarify this - that is a impulse wave is made up of three minor waves up noted as 1, 3, 5. These are in fact each separated by corrective waves down 2 and 4.
i.e. wave 1 up bit, 2 down some, 3 up a bit more, 4 down some again, 5 up a bit more to the top of 64.5 cents, then Elliot wave theory has it, this is repeated on a larger scale so the sum of waves 1 to 5 become a bigger impulse wave 1 and so on - check the chart.
Hadn't thought too much on it as wave 5 looks stunted and have been viewing it more as a spike up/false break on the carbon tax news...
