    lapdog,

Your URL talks about a small town in Canada which MAY break a July maximum record. Nothing at all special there.

The current July record for that town is back in 1941.

The question to ask here is what caused the current max record way back in 1941. here we are 70 years on with way more co2 and we havent been able to beat that old record.

    Why is that?

Clearly we dont need all of that cO2 to create records. They happily happen without all that CO2.

isnt that a bit of a concern?
