But that is unlikely to happen for several centuries at least." ----------------- Considering the ice is over 2 kilometres thick it would take more like several thousand years rather than centuries.
On the other hand Greenland may be going through its normal cycle and we may see a bit of 'green land' in Greenland again!
LOL, one thing is for sure, Gillard's carbon tax won't slow it down let alone stop it from melting.
