    John the residex guy was asked a question re. shortage in Perth: "I?m interested in your comments on oversupply as it applies to Perth. Can you elaborate on that?

    We?re currently working on our Residex Reports, and so far for Perth we have found that the best estimated range of oversupply is something in the order of 2,000 to 6,000 dwellings."

    So if 150k workers have average family of 2.5 each houselhold, plus the change in pop growth over same period then your looking to house 525k people, requiring 210k dwellings less over supply 6k = 204k. industry will pump out 100k, under supply 104k.

    I think Malaga was right. Dave you're too quick to poo poo it as a buy line i think.
