I believe TLS to be a great stock. It is the largest $ holding in my portfolio.

That said, however, a comparison, that you are indicating, of buyers vs sellers or selling vs buying volumes for a large turn-over stock such as TLS is totally meaningless. Large buy and/or sell orders can be placed which, on the one hand can seriously change the sort of numbers you are suggesting whilst on the other hand are so far away from reality that they have Buckleys chance of being fullfilled.

I imagine that most investors are like myself, only placing an order that is close enough to the last trade price as to be likely to be completed.
