frustrating!!, page-8

righto, just going to throw this out there,

if i was looking for workers, with a start date in mind being at the earliest october( thinking that our next job starts November), why would i advertise in July? that gives me nearly four months to fill the positions. sure they need training etc but....
on the other hand, why would i apply for a job that doesn't start for three or four months?
what you think guys, just trying to use the KISS theory here but imo something else may be a foot???
thinking out load to pass the time and i may well be over analysing, but i can smell something (hopefully)!!!
