Liked everything he had to say, only comment I'd prefer he modified is the "if you want high risk high return then we aren't it". I get his point that we have substance. But makes it sound a bit like a slow and steady s.p growth is ahead of us. I disagree. We might be low risk, but the % growth our s.p can and should have with these assets is very, very high return. I'm being pedantic but would prefer he said we were a low risk, high return play given how undervalued we are by the market (a point he makes).
