The business was not suffering because the share price was low, rather the share price is low because the management is taking ages to deliver. Looks like management is using the low share price as a cop-out. If they think they can't deliver with a low share price, then they should, in all fairness, quit if the share consolidation resolution does not go through. I'm still voting no to both resolutions.
