CQT has been forming a pennant ever since listing. I've been charting stocks for over 40 years and I have never seen anything like this.
The breakout point on the formation is around 55/60 cents but, of course, breakout is unlikely because consolidation will probably occur before then.
For the record, the chart breakout target is about $4.
