She is claiming that it did come up from Australia, it had been put in her luggage here, that is her only defence. Much has been made of the fact that in Indonesia she has to prove her innocence, but what would the situation be here in Australia if someone entering is caught at customs with drugs in their baggage? In many cases in Australia, possession, whether it is drugs or stolen goods seems to be enough for a conviction. In fact a lot of convictions are for "possession of" not ownership.
