Does she have a history of dealing or smuggling drugs?
Nobody would be stupid enough to try and smuggle 4.5kg through an airport in something as a surfboard.
She doesn't appear to be that dumb. If she's a drugdealer why not just sell it in Australia for some cash, why go through the extremely high risk job of smuggling it into Asian country where drug trafficking is punished so harshly.
The dogs would smell it miles away so it is safe to say it was not there when she checked her bags.
Must've been planted after it went past the security checks.
