If, what jamesdenis said proves true and even if they arent currently talking to these parties, there is nothing stopping SDL from pulling the pin on all discussions with the chinese groups and starting again with others who have already shown interest.

I, for one, would be happy to wait a little longer for a 'fair' deal with a 'real' artner rather than to be bought out with so much upside potential left on the table.

Cant knock Hanlong for using their extensive resources to try and get SDL for a steal, but 'our' company still holds the golden goose that they want. So lets see how badly they want it, and if its not enough then lets move on to those who want to share rather than take advantage of.

To add to it, although all business deals are based on facts and numbers, it is impossible for this one not to have a large chunk of emotion and desire to deliver the dream of those who have passed. GJ and team are more acutely aware of this than any of us.
