    I don't think other big players will let Hanlong steal this project with just 1.5 billions. SDL has plenty of options apart from dealing with Chinese. POSCO, Vale, BHP , RIO Tinto you name them...They can easily pay more than 50 cents. No way SDL will have to forced to take the 50 cents offer IMO
