As per earlier posts believe out votes won't count as there is already a block with >50%. Irrespective they can still put the deal through as per page 13 of the notice.

Further, the divi could have been much less than 3c (page 8) so it was not the Ferrari but the 10 y.o. Misubishi that you just flushed......so hope you feel better?

My only solace is that others with significantly more to lose have skin in the game - so let's hope they call the right shots for us all.
