So we have had:

1. KZL offer 11 cents per share
2. Tai Feng offer to buy in at 18 cents and build the plant for a 37% share of Einasleigh
3. KZL offer basically 18 cents per share

What if:

1. Tai Feng decide they want Einasleigh - what do they have to pay? 20 or to make sure 25 cents?

2. There has always been another Chinese mining house sitting on the register. They are now at a point in time where they have to make a decision and very quickly
