vcat decision set aside

Myself and another PPN shareholder spent a whole 8 minutes in Court 14 at the Supreme Court this morning and we couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

Dare we now think of dividends?

The VCAT decision to cancel the BAR20 liquor licence has been set aside as the judge found that VCAT had made errors in law.

The matter has been adjourned until a date to be set [next week] to allow the parties to negotiate an agreement. If the parties can come to an agreement, the matter can be finalised and doesn't have to go back to VCAT for a new hearing under a different VCAT member.
