My last email from PL was on the 18th July.
I was concerned about the recent article:

My questions:
Does this mean that this article is still relevant today; and is ARM is still going to take legal action?
I'm particularly concerned that the article states that ARM and Anglo are taking direct legal action against Nkwe; and not Genorah.

Summary of his reply was:
ARM has no legal rights against Nkwe/Genorah
Only action is with Anglo and this is unlikely given negotiations taking place.

I was going to write to 'miningmx' and ask them how and why they would publish such an article.
