All broker reports and common sense point to valuations significantly above 50c so using that quote maybe shows that you haven't properly applied the theory.
Shareholders can now sell above 50c so they can be very happy if they want to sell now.
Using the poor financial conditions as a reason to sell doesn't make sense to me because that means selling low to buy high.
