The simplest announcement come out and is streched to mean so many things...

Its not hard to work this announcement out.. Company nolonger wants calls about exercising options.

How many people are there in the company ? 3
How many have to take the calls ? 1, Jade.
If this the only company she works and looks after? No.

Thus Mark is O/s and working on project, Andrew you never hear from... and Jade is run off her feet doing other matters and does not need the calls...
