You don't know what your talking about. When directors report to shareholders about whether to accept any takever they will need to have some expert reports on the true value of SDL. In this report i would expect them to then use current spot prices in any valuations and not the low forecast prices that many analysts have adopted in some of their valuations of SDL. All the valuations were still substantially higher than the 50 cent takeover price anyway. What is the true value of SDL?? we will find out very shortly, all i know is it will surprise a lot of people on the upside.
