If Ann is confirmation of positive results phase IIa then most of the price increase has already been speculated on. I don't see a rise to $1 if this is the only news. You would have to think we will get a plan for the next year. This may re-rate the SP to the 80s. If we were told news on a 3rd party (not a buy out) to assist financially through phase IIb then $1+ could be a reasonable price. Cash is still an issue & needs to be addressed. I'll be shocked if news bad. The only negative on my radar is CR which would keep the SP down. This viewpoint is very conservative in my opinion.
