The good thing about this is management haven't diluted IMU shares. I have known other companies and all they do is issue more shares to get more money. I do hope management learned a lot from that dreadfull Merial deal. During those years Merial didn't do anything to at least get to a late stage approval and there was no clause to penalise them.

Probably Freddie went into hiding after learning this can take years to get approval. Does anyone know if they need FDA approval or just the animal branch? FYI, FDA approval is taking about 31 months. I don't expect that much for the animal branch but does anyone know how long it takes to approve?
