A reply to a speeding ticket that the market likes would see the sp continue to rise.
If 3 cents is broken today as I expect it may happen,then we may see a speeding ticket.
If there is a speeding ticket lets hope tpl uses it as a oportunity to explain that the speculation of late may be due to the rise in other mongolian coal plays and tpl,s work in progress as well as interest of late in coal stocks.
