When I think about things with the whole nmdc deal. If they are paying for 50% of the company wouldn't they effectively paying slightly below market value for the land and the cost of development on purchase of the 50% stake. If you read shorans email I posted, it implies that they will pay all the amount up front. Makes sense cause how else are they meant to fund the project if not though a jv. I think big cash up front and let Sharon organize getting it to India
