re: starting to move, up 26.2% That's the sad thing about this stock - lack of investor faith in management's ability to turn sales into profits.
Market has seen it all before - one positive announcement after another, yet somehow it never flows thru to the bottom line.
Makes you wonder if management will ever get it right, they certainly haven't been able to for the past 3 years.
It's no wonder the market is cautious and sceptical.
