I stopped posting for a while as I thought I was just adding negative comments but you take the cake.

IMO, I thought this was a good announcement. You don't get $15m without a solid and achievable business plan so I am presuming that management has something that impresses.
So I guess now we just have to wait to be told what the funds are to be used for and then decipher the spin from reality.
