Hopefully "we" can streamline a whole lot of this and see were improvements can be made; and improvements are often a question of freely available cash that CRE has been missing

Let's see if the deal is brought to conclusion and how the operations will be dealt with; my guess is that to be quite a task, but the challenge could be a new lease of life and invigorate the teams !
