MCO holds 3.3 mil SVL shares. 3 mil were part of the settlement for transferring the EL to SVL( originally MCO held the tenement). The other 300,000 were options offered on a 1 for 10 basis and MCO will have paid whatever the price was to convert to full shares. A nice nestegg to sit on as they try to prove up more oz.
I held SVL but you need to remember they plan to produce a concentrate not dore bars with an unknown discount to the spot price. Their estimate of 35 to 50 mil oz is VERY conceptual from the drill results I've seen.
