Obviously you are not marty mcfly or nostradamus, so you really dont know if the final deal will be 1 cent 25 cents 50 cents 75 cents $1 or if events will takeover there is a bidding war, ther is a JV with someone else and the SP ends up $5 $10 or any other amount.

IN FACT no one knows what the future will bring - do they?
