why do feel the need to label yourself as an atheist, or anything for that matter? consider that satan (existant or non-existant) could be the so called dark side of god, giving people the freedom to create a hell for themselves.
to say that you know that that there is no god, in whatever form or non-form, is displaying non-existant ignorance.
forming beliefs about god or non-god is like being struck with a poison arrow someone offers to help remove it, but you refuse the help, first determined to find out who shot it before taking any further action. we have being poisoned the priority is to remove the arrow and it's poison, then we will have a better chance to see where it came from.
