Marathon knowingly signed the last lease renewal.
They agreed to the terms and conditions.
Agreeing to the new lease terms greatly reduces marathon ability to receive compensation in my opinion.
One of the conditions they agreed to was no automatic right if renewal..lease ends goodbye....
