Fig 3 from the conference presentation slides explains the 513 Mlbs figure and the No4 Ranking. Notice Husab (No4) is now just a notch below McAuthur River (No3) and Imouraren (No2).
The presentation also mentions the MORE programme. This appears to be mainly about value adding (i.e. due diligence) ....
