    "Closer to 11,000 - 12,000 I would think. it's getting them to vote that's the problem. "

    JT,

You are so very right my friend. It is usually the norm that only about 25 to 35 percent of the shareholders in a company makes use of their rights to vote, and at times even less.
Apathy at it's best I would call it, but unfortunately that is the way that the cookies crumble.

If a repetition of that was to occurr at the meeting, IMHO, (and I hope that I am wrong), we will have a battle in our hands. Especially when many investors would have followed already the Board/Management recommendation, and most probably have even sold out already.

After all a huge amount of shares have been sold out already, and to whom you think they've ended up with, and who was that sold them out ???

Short term traders usually don't hold out for such a thing. All they care for is the quick return, and in this case the cards fell in their ways and made them a 40% profit in quick time. They are not married to any company. Don't forget that.
