BTW you should never worry about capital gains tax - there are hundreds of legal ways to get around it.

You need a good accountant.

Worrying about capital gains tax is a bit like saying I don't want a $50,000 payrise because I will have to pay more tax.

But perhaps that's a discussion for another forum.
