I should also say that sometimes by trying to minimise tax you miss out on business and investment opportunities that yield far more after tax than you can get by taking an anti tax attitude. This is the case with my investment in SDL. Remember that SDL is only one fish in a very big pond. What I see on the SDL board is a lot of amateur fishermen that have yet to refine their skills.
