I suppose if you were genuine about resolving your debt problem you could also plead with the trustee of your super fund for the early release of your superannuation funds.
This is not a course of action that in my view should be taken lightly and is essentially an action of last resort. It's not something I'm a huge fan of however if a person is really determined to correct the dilemna they find themself perhaps it's a worthwhile consideration?
Desperate times call for desperate meaures as they say.
